Property Development

CASA has everything under the same roof: Property development, design and planning as well as construction. That allows us to deliver customized solutions to our clients from acquisition of plots to hand-over within all segments.

Investment Sales

In terms of investment sales, we start by identifying the plot, or we make an agreement on the development of the investor’s existing plot.

We then make an agreement with the investor regarding the investor’s 100% ownership of the plot and any constructions on the plot.

The plot is developed and a turnkey contract is signed. CASA undertakes the construction project on behalf of the investor.

Investment sale can either be undertaken as forward funding or a turnkey project.

Joint Venture

At the beginning of the project, a Joint Venture is formed with the property owners or investors. Joint venture entails joint ownership during development and construction and ensures that everyone is on the same page.

The plot is developed and a turnkey contract is signed. CASA undertakes the construction project.

Generally, we always sell the project before initiating construction work, however, for some projects, we wait until it has been rented and is in operation.

CASA can also assist with sale, renting and financing of loans and mortgage credit.

Property Development and Renovation

Renovation is a key, strategic focus area for CASA as illustrated by e.g. the increasing number of development projects that combine property development, newbuild and renovation. Examples include the major FÆNGSLET (prison) project in Horsens involving renovation of the prison’s west wing and a joint venture with CapMan on the renovation of a domicile on Lindevangs Allé, Frederiksberg.
