In 2021, CASA constructed more than 286,000 m2 of housing for both private and public clients and more than 111,000 m2 of commercial buildings. Many of the buildings we construct are either DGNB or Nordic Swan Ecolabel certified. Our tasks involve development projects, construction for and cooperation with investors as well as turnkey and main contracts awarded through public tenders. Commercial buildings can be constructed as unique projects as part of major urban space projects. Here, commercial and residential housing are integrated to form a whole or as public-private partnerships (PPP) for public and private clients
CASA covers a wide field and provides housing types for all phases of life. We build healthy and energy-friendly housing where we deliver by keeping focus on sustainability, time, quality and economy.
We build various types of housing such as urban spaces, shared housing, exclusive residential units, tower blocks, multi-story houses and row houses. Whether private or public, owner-occupied or rental, we build new homes that take the residents into consideration.
That means working according to set and tried and tested procedures that ensure the good quality housing in move-in condition such as the 18,000 m2, Nordic Swan Ecolabeled Buchwaldsbro consisting of owner-occupied, rental and assisted-living homes. Worth mentioning are also the four DGNB Gold-certified Plushusene housing projects totaling 26,000 m2. We currently have three Plushusene projects in the pipeline for 2022.
In connection with the design and construction, we involve our Design and Competence Center as partner to the client and project team. CASA has the inhouse competences needed to assist with the contact to the authorities, quality, procurement, statics, technical installations, sustainability, etc.
All housing projects are undertaken in close cooperation with the client through an open dialog.
CASA undertakes commercial projects such as domiciles, educational institutions, retail and logistics centers, ice skating centers, parking facilities as well as public-private partnerships (PPP).
Examples include the construction of a 26,000 m2 cooling/freezing storage in Ishøj and 14,500-m2 of multi-story car parks, offices, personnel facilities for the military barracks Dragonkasernen in Holstebro as well as the new 8,600-m2 Høje-Taastrup town hall, which is an urban development project where we use recycled concrete as part of our sustainability strategy. We make a virtue of guiding our clients in their choice of materials and green solutions to ensure healthy and green buildings for the benefit of the environment.
Our commercial projects involve project development, invited tendering and public tendering.
